Texas people, what was his injury? Is he going to be back this season?

Shoulder injury - no real news other than he will be listed day-to-day. Sark doesn't really play games with the injury reports. so I don't think he is necessarily out for the season.
Coleman has been a disappointment thus far in my opinion. Maybe his value shows up in other ways than stats, but gosh it seems like he drops a lot of balls and he really doesn't have a lot of catches for what he is paid.

He either makes an amazing catch or drops an easy one.
But I think he's valuable just because he requires a little extra attention by the DBs and can take the back off of a defense.
ETA:
Similar to Ryan Williams in that regard. Very talented, makes some amazing plays, can make some boneheaded ones too.

I’ve only watched a couple Texas games. It seems like Mr Coleman drops more than he catches.

Now where have I heard this before? Oh yeah the entire Auburn fan base.

He seems like a diva and someone that isn't necessarily a good locker room guy. I am going strictly off of his recruitment in the transfer portal. But, that's the vibe I got from him.

I tried to tell folks on here how incredibly overrated he is. Only Auburn fans seemed to agree with me.

You can tell Sark watch zero game tapes of his. Like paying him more money and changing uniforms suddenly makes him show up for big games.

Gee...really? Gosh. That's surprising.

Because they only see the highlight clips and think, "Holy shite. This guy could make a run at being the GOAT!"
But they miss the other 75% of his plays where he loafs or drops the ball.

Lost a crucial link in his 2nd luxury watchband.

Passing out at 31 Flavors is nothing to mess around with.

Seems like I saw some Auburn fans saying he would make some circus catches, then drop some in his hands. I saw at least one this past Saturday that hit him square in the hands and he dropped it. I was genuinely shocked.

My wife (UT alum) was pissed at me for how hard i laughed at that drop.

Yep, watched it a lot this year. He needs work on his effort plays specifically blocking.

Should have looked at her and said, "Buttah, fingahs!"

I'm not happy he got hurt, but I'm happy he isn't playing.

I wish he would only drop them. All too often the balls would bounce off him and land in the opponents’ hands. It happened this year playing for Texas as well.

Between Arch, Cam and a few others, it’s abundantly clear that Texas has a talent recognition problem more than anything.
Even some of the players they threw out with the trash are now thriving in other situations.
