Since 2007, only one UF QB has passed for 30+ TDs in a season

2007 - Tim Tebow 32 passing TDs
2008 - Tim Tebow 30 passing TDs

In 2018, Feleipe Franks passed for 24 TDs. 2019 will see him return almost his entire WR corps and one above average RB while losing a veteran OL and our other stud RB.

Miami
UT-Martin
@UK
UT
Towson
Auburn
@LSU
@USC
BYE
UGA
Vandy
@Mizzou
FSU

I think he hits 30 on the nose. Trading @MSU for AU at home helps, as does the second FCS game and Vandy and Missouri late.

Record won't be as good as last year though.

Sell but it’s possible. I’d put the O/U around 27.5

Do the 30 TD's have to be for his team or can we count INT's as well?

This is an easy sell, better amount would have been 25.

Interesting factoid - no Dan Mullen QB has evern thrown 30 TDs in a seaosn as head coach (2009-2017 MSU, 2018 UF).

Sell only because the O-Line is too much of a question mark. I'll put him at just under 60% completions with 28 TDs and 3 losses.

I'm just curious as to why you think playing Auburn over MSU in anyway helps? I know its a home game, but Auburn will have one of the best defenses in the SEC if not the country this year. I don't think that helps at all. I'm selling. I think he goes 27/12

Folks don't realize that Franks improved his running ability in 2018 and has matured the past two years step by step. At 6'6" he has been a baby giraffe and is now at a point where he is confident and able to understand defenses much better.

In 2019 he will have a deep and very talented receiving corp to throw to and has a slot guy in Toney who is a virtual video game and changes directions on a dime. You have to get him on the ground and if one tackle is missed, the threat of a bust out is real.

Id say 30 TDs is definitely possible, plus 300-400 yds rushing to boot. Perine will get his 1,000 + yds. The OL will be ok, we have talent and a few back ups that are r/s frosh that stout. 11-1 and SECCG.

That remains to be seen, and he could actually regress if it's significantly worse than last year.

So much of a QBs success depends on an OL that can block for them (and the backs). We (LSU) found that out the hard way last year.

Why would I make that bet when we have an entirely new secondary? Besides you wouldn't follow through anyway if it did happen.

Lighten up Francis.

His numbers were pretty much garbage vs any team with a pulse.Depends what he does vs Towsen and UT-Martin

I'd say sell

and 3 losses.

I don't see 3 losses on their schedule.

MAYBE:

LSU
Auburn
UGA

But I think they win at least one of those. I would guess 10-2.

I would laugh so hard if Miami beat them to open the season
