Brian Kelly must win this bowl game

Or else he’ll be Dan Mullen 2.0
-won division BUT…
-lost to a pitiful team last week of the regular season (losing to 5-5 defending national champions lsu is not as bad as losing to 5-7 Aggy who hasn’t won the title since 1939!
)
- lost sec title game (Mullen kept it respectable against Bama, but Kelly got roadgraded 50-30 and the score was closer than the actual game!)
- Mullen lost to OU in humiliating fashion.
Brian keLLLy needs to win the bowl game or else become a poor man’s Dan Mullen.
LSU fans will run him out of town quick.

Brian Kelly doesn't have to do anything in year one to avoid some arbitrary label you want to give him.

I would like to see the team excited to play the bowl game, play well, and beat what i assume is a mediocre Purdue team. A loss would probably be bad for morale. but not necessarily terrible. The season has been one hell of a roller coaster and exceeded my expectations. Next year will obv give us a better idea of the direction of the program.

Brian Kelly is head and shoulders better than Dan Mullen and it’s not close. Mullen is a gimmick and Kelly is a very solid coach.

Quick, non-Georgia fans, who remembers Kirby's bowl game, opponent and result after his first season. What about Nick Saban's at Alabama? Nick Saban's at LSU? Urban Meyer's at Florida?
