Dude has absolutely decimated the former coaching, recruiting, and analyst staffs.

All that remains from the Orgeron era is offensive line coach Brad Davis and he hasn't even been at LSU a full year.

Hell, they probably even have a new waterboy.

Not sure if it's good or bad but I've personally never seen a rebuild to this extent.

LSU has a built in top 10 recruiting class every year no matter who coaches there.

I did expect more coaches to be retained, especially Raymond and perhaps Andre Carter.

4 star DB Dwight McGlothern entered the portal today. He sure is doing a good job of running off talent.

I do admire the effort to spin this fact but maybe players and coaches are leaving because he’s a huge douche?

He has even replaced a lot of the office staff that has been around for a long time

He’s holding players accountable. McGlothern was suspended for academics.

You don't pay attention close enough if you think that was Dwight's choice.

I have no problems with it if the rumors are true.

Short term you do lose a good player but players at LSU haven't been held accountable for FAR TOO LONG and that has led to a "me first" selfish culture.

This team looked far better in the late stages of 2020 and 2021 with "less talent" on the field.

Any Louisiana state system is corrupt. If you don’t play ball and bend the rules you won’t make it there. It’s one of the worst educated states in the country. Trying to hold LSU players to an academic standard will work wonders for him. He will soon realize the stark contrast of academic expectations at ND and LSU.

Do you think it has anything to do with mitigating any possible title 9 issues with the old staff?

LSU will be fine.

Kelly is one of the best in the business for years and will be competitive quickly when he gets the recruiting side of it sorted out

Expecting players to go to class is not a tall ask. McGlothern allegedly hadn't been going to class, wasn't showing up for team meetings, etc. How corrupt Louisiana is or isn't has nothing to do with holding players accountable for merely showing up where they're supposed to be. The culture LSU created with Miles and then completely let loose with Orgeron is why they are where they are now not because Louisiana has a shitty educational system. Saban did just fine cracking that whip for 5 years in Louisiana.

Only problem with all of this is that Dwight McGlothern came from Texas.
