This is a terrible take.

If you think youre the lesser team (which going into the game thats LSU's perception) then you go for the win. You don't lengthen the game.

Essentially BK put the game into his hands, instead of giving Bama a chance to dictate that game anymore.

So we should have lost so that we can maybe possibly win in the future?

I was a little concerned about playing Arkansas this weekend but if that's the kind of logic y'all use up there, LSU has nothing to worry about.

Y’all think you had it bad while Alabama was switching coordinators left and right…..just wait till Alabama has their next Kirby Smart at both OC and DC. Teams like LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss etc. will be stone walled out of the SECCG for years.

All because Brian Kelly went for 2

I am in awe of your ability to visualize Chicken Cordon Bleu from a pile of chicken $hit.

Most sure way to beat bama is to take it out of bama and the zebras hands....

Unlike Nick Saban, Kelly is very short sighted in terms of the overall trajectory of CFB and the health of his program. By going for the win, he was not looking ahead or thinking of what he was actually doing to the rest of the conference. By going for two and winning, he essentially guaranteed the firing of both Alabama’s worst coordinators under Saban and an institutional detox.

It was the right call.

If you thought BoB was keeping his job after this season before the LSU game, you weren't paying attention.

Let me see if I understand your reasoning - LSU should not have gone for the win (or should not have even tried to win the game at all) because it would mean that Saban would fire his coordinators which will be bad for LSU in the future. What a moron you are!!

That's not our job, that's yours. Thanks for trying to buy Jimbo some time, keep it up.
