I know it's a long shot him winning this award with McKay being a two way player and still playing in the CWS. They are currently neck and neck in the fan voting. Rooker down 1%. Rooker needs the SEC rant to at least pull him through in the fan vote.

McKay has not impressed me all that much.
I don't think his stuff is good enough to be a MLB starter, I think he ends up in the pen.

I think his bat might be more ready for MLB than his pitching.

McKay is the better player, but Rooker had a better year. All depends how you interpret the award. McKay will likely win it.

Rooker definitely much better offensive numbers. Plus, he played against much better competition. I'm sure with McKay advancing farther and having great pitching numbers, will push him to award.

Rooker is a better hitter.. but McKay is a really good hitter and an Ace pitcher.
