According to TeamRankings.com, here are the teams currently projected to make the NCAA Tournament from the SEC:
IN THE FIELD

2-seed: Auburn
6-seed: Mississippi State
9-seed: Florida
10-seed: Kentucky
OUT, BUT ON THE BUBBLE (15% or greater chance of making the field):
LSU- 27.5% chance
Arkansas- 22.3% chance
Ole Miss- 19.8% chance
Alabama- 17.2% chance
NOT LIKELY TO MAKE IT
Vanderbilt- 7.3% chance
Texas A&M- 3.2% chance
Georgia- 2.2% chance

Depending on how our season plays out we may well wind up a 1-seed which is just mind blowing to me. I'm not used to my Vols being this good but I am thankful that we have at least one sport we're still good at.

It's based on right now but you're right if your point is that UK almost always gets its shite together by tourney time. Plenty of Cal's teams have started slow and finished well.

Mississippi State can be a six seed if they buy into playing defense for the entire game.

Even right now a 10 seed is hard to believe.
They have them ranked in the top 10 right now.
Sure they'll drop out, but they have 2 losses.
One to Duke and another to a pretty good Seton Hall team at MSG

If all else fails, we have our womens team lol. Amazing what Vic Schafer continues to do with all that lost talent from last years squad.
Two back to back Natty shots (ND game was a heartbreaker, how did we blow such a huge lead) and he upset Uconn.
Right now we are 9-0 and I swear this team plays better defense than last year. That man can flat out coach and deserved that huge pay raise.

Uh we are 8-1 and our only loss is to a top 25 west coast team on the west coast. And that game was tied in the final minute. I honestly have no clue what you mean.
