My favorite was the 2009 Cotton Bowl when OM beat a pretty damn good Texas Tech team. Obviously the Peach Bowl throttling at the hands of TCU was terrible.

I've been to the bowl game that keeps changing names in Houston probably 10 times because it's close, cheap, and usually a fun match-up.

I went to the first ever Music City Bowl, Virginia Tech-Alabama, in Vandy's stadium in the sleet and sub-freezing temperatures. AMA.
Saw young Mike Vick play though so it was worth it..

Johnny's record breaking day vs OU in the Cotton Bowl was light years better than any other. The Indy Bowl was absolute shite. The stadium and surrounding area were a big dump. The weather was freezing arse cold with light rain. I will never go back.

Georgia was good in 2005, but they weren't on USC and Texas's level.
DJ Shockley sprained his MCL against Arkansas and missed the Florida game, a 14-10 loss. I am among the many people who believe that Georgia wins that game handily with a healthy Shockley.
The Auburn game was a classic shootout that UGA lost on a late blown coverage.
The WVU game was America's introduction to Pat White and Steve Slaton. At the time, it was a huge upset but in retrospect, those WVU teams were really, really good.

Went to several Birmingham bowls with various names. Last was Duke versus Texas Tech in 1989? Or so
I went to Tangerine bowl during my freshman year at AU in 1982. Also went to 1986 Cotton Bowl as a senior.
Went to sugar bowl after 1987 season. 16-16 tie with Syracuse.
Went to 2003 Citrus bowl where AU best PSU
Went to 2005 sugar bowl AU over VT
Went to 2007 chic Fila bowl
