... been there, it's nice. He's done some good things with the place.

But this is what he does with some of the players each year before SEC Media Days.

LINK: Twitter Video of the layout.

Wonder if the walls are made of impact resistant drywall?

Is this the island compound?

I saw pics but wasn't sure it was Muschamps. That's a nice set-up

Knew the people that built it before Boom bought it. Been by there many times since he moved in ... he waved us over one time when we yelled at him from the boat.

He's very approachable, a very nice guy. Loves living here, as does his family.

I mean everyone around this lake knows his house. We've got a lot of celebrities living on this lake.

ETA: FWIW he practically stole the house for what he paid for it and he's put almost as much money into the remodel as he paid for it ... turned it into a palace.

There was an easement built so it was possible to drive to/from.

Yeah, well, it's all about the money.

Give them money and you get to know them.

I'm a member of our Guardian Society so they give me blankets and mugs and invite me to luncheons once a year and the coaches know me by name. It's not because I'm special, trust me.

Give them enough money and I get to go to the President's Dinners or he seeks some of us out during other functions or I may get invited to walk down from one suite to his suite during a game if he sees me in the elevators or something.

Bottom line is that these days, with all of our insititutions, it's all about the money. And they never stop calling you and asking for more.

Latest was a call asking for $30k to put my family name on a concrete bench outside the stadium on the plaza.

Sometimes it gets old. Especially when they have the peons call because you're on their list ... but you have to keep reminding yourself it's for the school - and we all love our schools and our sports programs.
