Sorry for the large image, but I want to graphically represent my present frustration. They want me to evacuate. That's great. I'd love to have a free half day off work. But they want me to leave campus on foot, no vehicles.
I've marked my building in red on this map. The four lane road running SW to NE is FM 2818, the edge of campus. Once I leave campus, where the frick am I supposed to go? There's nothing but oak trees. We've had all the time in the world to plan for this, and this is all they can tell me? WTF?!?

same bs happened last fall when i was studying for finals at evans. some punk called in a bomb threat on the library and they had to shut it down. hope no one gets hurt

Pretty sure the bomb threat was called in by Alabama's Weak arse 2013 schedule. It seems to be fricking up many things.
