I care about that title about as much as I care about the price of Bulgarian stomach pumps in northern Bulgaria. We win games, your team doesn't. What else really matters?

So does the cowboys count as a “blue blood” in the NFL even though they’ve only won 4 playoff games in the last 25 years
Uh... yes? This is an absurd argument to make

Not silly when you’re consistently living in the past. If you consider yourself a “blue blood” it’s very simple win ball games be in the top 12 at the end of the year. Then maybe you can beat your chest out when calling your team a blue blood

It means you’ve built a brand and have attracted a very good national following. But it also says “consistent winning”

Irrefutable biue bloods: Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame
Some people consider them blue bloods (but they aren’t): nebraska, oklahoma, texas, georgia, USC, penn state

20 years Alabama was the "Nebraska" of the blue bloods and Nebraska was less than 10 years off their last dynasty.
Seems unlikely they'll return to that old glory, but in 2005 as an Alabama fan I was just happy when we weren't getting embarrassed off the field.

I saw last night that they haven't won against a ranked team since 2016. They're 0-26, that's unbelievable.

I like how most threads today are more than just pure trolling.
Except this one.

Couldn't beat Alabama though? Barely beat Florida, don't choke against Miss St or Texas

Do some research 15 sec titles 4 claimed national titles 4 unclaimed national titles.

“Blue bloods” -- Only 3 teams in my opinion are blue bloods across the country. Ohio state, bama, Georgia. The ones that claim they’re blue bloods, their teams have been middle and below tier in the conference for 5-10 yrs now
Just sayin'
