I ranked the Top 25 moments of SEC drama. I have the current situation #2 only because it hasn't (yet) led to a team leaving the SEC.

The tweez were already dying. Your alumni mag had a long write up about it a year or so before the incident.
Bryant got paid a lot of money for #5 after he sued them.
Pat Dye losing his pants has to be in there somewhere.
Keep it down home, cuz too low.
Rich Rod never took the BAMA job.

Doesn't take away the fact that a crazed Bama fan was so butthurt about Auburn winning a national title that he poisoned the entire block.
Also the amount of poison was so extreme Auburn had to wait years to replant.

Based on this list, Vandy, Kentucky, and South Carolina have the least amount of drama in the SEC... albeit it's too early to determine Texas and Oklahoma.
I feel like Georgia brings the least amount of drama of the bigger programs.
