Because ND has been SOOO successful the last 20 years or so.

Damn, dude. Just be glad your school made it to a P5 league. The SEC is far above the other four conferences and would only dilute the brand by adding anyone else right now.

More than Missouri.

What does UK add to the brand? And don't give me basketball because you all have been bad for awhile.

don’t think the SEC would take any of the current big 12 teams.
I could maybe see Baylor and Okie State but nobody else

This would make a lot of sense in so many ways.
I’d vote for it.

Why on earth would you pay SEC money for a Big-12 product?

What your saying doesn’t even make sense. The only part that makes sense is merging the conferences, everything else you said is hard to even follow

I’m not going to make fun of you or ridicule you… but I will point out truths.
If the SEC is expands past 16, the only Big12 teams with any realistic chance are Ok St and KSU; I think Kansas is more Big 10 and the SEC would lean more VT than WVU in that part of the country.
UC, UCF, & Houston’s only real chance to get, stay, remain P5 level is for the SEC & Big 10 to stay at 16; which at this point is 50/50. Any confs raids by the SEC or BIG10 or yo a lesser degree the ACC will not target those schools. I know that infuriates y’all , but it’s true.
The BIG 12 , for your sake needs to take UTAh, Az, AZS, and Colorado and get to 16.. but I could see the PAC 12 making a play and trying to steal Ok St, TTU, and SDSU, FREsno ST, Colo ST, and Boise and get to 16 to get locked down

I am because the only two teams the Big 12 has that might increase the value of the SEC are already joining the SEC. The others have nothing to offer in football, the money sport. Kansas may profit from basketball, and bball does make money in many places, it is a drop in a bucket compared to football tv revenue profits, which is clearly what is driving conference expansion.

Texas, TCU, Texas Tech, and Baylor are all in the Big 12 and all in Texas.
Only Baylor would get an invitation and that is super unlikely. Hell I don't think MWC would take TCU back
