We were the best the two teams in this conference over the course of the season. However, some teams improve over the course of the year which is how we get Cinderella stories which make this tourney so damn interesting. LSU proved they could play with Bama, the last matchup could've gone either way, if we are being honest. As for the others, if they are pretenders they will lose. Same for the Big 10 teams like tOSU.

Whether some of you like it or not LSU is coming and if we get past St. Bonies were going to give Michigan all they can handle.

I feel confident I speak for the vast majority of the non LSU fans on this board when I say, "We hope LSU clown stomps Michigan" if this is the case.

The Big 10 hasn’t won the NCAA tournament championship since 2000. Before then, it was 1989.
Since 1989, 3 different SEC teams have won 6 ncaa tournaments championships.
Yet, there’s this big stigma against the SEC in basketball. The SEC year in and year out has less teams in the tournament than the big 10, but we still find more success.
The Big 10 is very overrated in basketball.

Every year this happens in tournament, yet at the start of every season we have to hear how "elite" the big 10 is. The only team that can make the final 4 is Illinois and even that is doubtful.
