Was hoping he’d make this trip. Understand why he can’t.

Uga would fit right in. Austin well known for public urination and squatting. 6th Street. Enjoy

Do they fly Bevo to away games?

Meant as a joke but the more I think about it, do they?

Trailered, not flown. I'm really not sure the longest distance Bevo has traveled. But he doesn't travel to just any away game, has to be a championship or bowl game.

From the article I read on it earlier, I think it's more that his handler doesn't want to deal with the distance because he's older. He mentioned Texas A&M as well (though he said they still hadn't played them). It's probably time for his owner/handler to designate either a student handler or a younger adult for long trips.

Not even. A castrated male bovine.

Pathetic.

He's not a handler. It's his dog. He owns the dog.

Dont think Uga flies much if ever, and the Seiler family lives in Savannah. The Ugas are and have been their actual dogs, not the school's.

Frank Seiler, who has since passed, is a fascinating guy. If you don't know his story look hi up. Their Savannah house has been in a lot of famous movies and he was in Midnight in the Garden or Good and Evil.

Interesting coming from a fan of a team who publicly pissed down their leg last weekend.

One of the cool things about staying in downtown Savannah is randomly seeing uga out on his morning walk like any other regular person walking their dog. If you haven't watched uga take a dump in Forsyth Park, you haven't lived.

That one time he almost pounded UGA into the Sugar Bowl turf was enough to satisfy his travel itch.

They were talking about Uga on sports radio this morning in Houston. Apparently there was an Uga that lasted 10 years but lately the life spans of Uga has been much shorter (like several in a row were only mascots for 2 years). They were laughing that PETA is going to get involved soon. Any Dawg fans have any history in this?
