Um, no. I think it's safe to say that Arian Foster did just fine for himself.

Reggie McNeal. One of the most gifted players I've ever seen, but poor coaching and the fact that he was a head case ruined him.

If only A&M had held onto RC one more year which would have given Sumlin a full year as the OC... shite, Sumlin may have ended up directly following RC instead of us having to hire Sherman to mend the fences with Texas HS coaches post Fran fricking everything up. At the very least we wouldn't have ended up with Fran and McNeal/McGee wouldn't have been ruined by being forced to play under fricking run option offenses

I would say Marquez North so far, although a lot of that is due to injuries and being double covered. He could really break out this year with some help from Dobbs and the other WR's, but even a 750 yard year would be a good one for him and the team.

Prothro is the one Bama player I hate never saw the pros. But that was due to injury, not unfulfilled talent.

Cam would have lost the Heisman race had Alabama beat him. Voters didn't really like him because of the cheating scandal and him being known as a thief.

You're an idiot. Before the "scandal" he was on track to win the Heisman in the biggest landslide in history. He barely lost any votes because of it.

To the thread title - 2010, easily. No way that team should've lost 3 games.

To this day Spurrier still says that's the best team he ever had.

No one to blame but the team for that one.

The UF-Tennessee game was postponed to the last game of the year due to 9/11. A berth in the SECCG and a trip to Pasadena were on the line. How could you not get up for that game?

They got up for that game. Running game was just shite after Graham went down and Tennessee just played better that night. Only a 2 point loss. Lost 2 games that year by a total of 5 points and the only thing to show for it was an Orange Bowl trophy. It took me a while to get over that game. I thought between that game and the Swindle I was gonna go into an early grave.

Prothro is one of my all-time favorite players to wear a non-Auburn jersey. I don't see how every Bama fan in the world doesn't hate Mike Shula's guts over the Prothro injury. Bama had already completely annihilated Florida by that point and Prothro had no business still being in that game.

I will never forget that play. My wife and I were at Red Lobster eating dinner. I had to get up and run to the bathroom and puke when that play happened.

i'll never forget the game that this crazy bastard had against us back in the 90's ( I forgot the exact year)....it was a game that Damien craig, almost single-handily, won by going 93 yards with a little over 2 minutes and scoring with just seconds left on the clock...cecil Collins ran for something like 250 yards on a pretty damn good defense and actually ran out of his shoes on a long run...we could not stop this guy....it is obvious, by how his life went after this, that he has way more speed and power than he had brains
