They had a condensed replay of that game on TV just a week ago or so. Didn't show a whole lot of the first half.

A great win.

Negatives: not an impact venue. Auburn was only a 4 point dog (to the team that finished fourth in the west?!?), but was ranked higher at 2. You shouldn't get extra points for playing like shite and falling behind.

Pros: the lulz associated with such a monumental collapse. The ending of people thinking of Brian Dennehy Stadium as an impact venue. Huge win over a big rival. Their bitterness at the loss.

Last time I was at that venue, it was quiet like a church during a funeral, and I was almost drowned by the tears of unfathomable sadness. No one is intimidated by that house. That's why 3 touchdown leads disappear there. It's also why the home team takes a knee to go to overtime there

Nothing like broken windows lining the façade of that dump in baton rouge, eh?

I think it has to be this one. Two historically good teams.

I wonder if the other 40 posts you've racked up the last 3 years suck arse as much as the 2 you posted in this thread do.

The biggest for Auburn I can remember....

2007 Florida... UF was top 5, we were 1-2... Byrum made a 47 yarder (twice) as time expired.

2010 Iron Bowl.

1994 Florida... Florida was undefeated and top 5 in the nation.

2004 Tennessee... both teams undefeated and top 15... we crushed them with 30 points in the first half. Set the stage for a great season.

The 07 game was one of the most frustrating to watch that I can remember. I was wishing evil things on Muschamp in the aftermath of that game, funny how things change.

Vandy spoiled #6 ranked South Carolina's homecoming celebration in 2007 by a score of 17-6...

I would have to say Ole Miss coming in and winning in the Swamp in 2008 has to be up there. That 2008 Gator team was special and without that loss, probably the best SEC team in the BCS era.

I still can't believe we won that game. I was confused afterwards. I went to the game just to say I saw a game at The Swamp. I wasn't expecting a win.
