I think there is a legit argument you could Nuss as QB1 for the conference in his first season based on what we have seen.

Ewers- looks lost after injury
Beck - little shaky at times
Milroe - shaky and inconsistent
Nico - not there yet
Dart - has stat padded
Pavia - ehh
Cook - middle of the pack imo
Weigman - doesn’t really carry the team
Green - inconsistent

Not trying to be bias. I think you got to go Nuss. What is everyone thinking here?

To be biased. Not bias. Just based on that I’m going Dart Beck or Ewers.

Nuss is #1 in SEC QBR, Dart is second, Milroe third.

Pre injury Ewers or Nuss. Still a lot of football left to play, this is just up to this point.

Pavia has elevated his team to heights they haven't seen since the 1920's, but he won't be a high NFL draft pick.

Nussmeier is playing the best of any QB in the SEC right now. I don't know how anyone can argue different.

Will that remain so? Don't know.

This is a myth. You didn't play anyone worth a hoot prior to his injury.

So who is your pick for best QB in the SEC? Every single one of them has been up and down so far, none have pushed themselves ahead of the pack.

I'll go with Nuss. He is getting confident, tough as hell, and making plays where it matters. Wish this Nuss played against USC.

I'll post right here and now that, barring any major injuries, RFr LaNorris Sellers is going to be the best before all is said and done in his career here .... provided we manage to keep him.

He's got great character, is a straight A student and is absolutely loaded with football talent.

I think Ewers is not fully recovered. He looked very uncomfortable against UGA even when there wasn't much pressure. He had some accuracy issues which are often a sign of having some mechanical issues.

Beck is pushing, I think. I think he is having trouble with the helmet communications. He seems to frick with the sides of his helmet a lot. Whatever it is he has not progressed on long throws and at times his accuracy on short throws is off compared to last season. It may be that Bowers and McConkey had better hands and were more likely to catch an off target pass than current UGA receivers but whatever it is there is something missing.
