Wish Arkansas would get rid of metallic and any hint of extra stripes and just go old school, with maybe a slightly undersized pig on the helmet.

Yup, that’s easily the best looking helmet in the country. They are adding the traditional stripe down the center this year as well. Just a work of art.

You have me confused with someone else, DSJ. I don't give a shite what our helmets look like. If your pretty helmet gave you a 30 point edge, then maybe we'd start having some close football games.

We're going back to these for one game. It's a throwback to our '80s - early '90s uniforms. Love the helmet and the uniform overall. Wish we would go back to these full-time.

I think it’s our best by far and it basically never makes an appearance. I’m glad someone else likes them.

Yet here you are in a thread that is entirely about what helmets look like.
Weird.
Maybe if State had a prettier helmet it might assist in lessening the Grand Canyon size deficit between Egg Bowl wins and losses, and maybe, just maybe, State might eek above .500 all time for total football programs wins.
