Auburn is changing their font on the AU. Are the helmets changing too?

Also - Alabama and Auburn's helmets and jerseys looking exactly the same as they looked from 1970-2019 is pretty badass, IMHO
Tear-away mesh was GOAT.

They have ANNOUNCED a change, but I'd hold my water on that change for now if I were you.
Also, no uniform changes have been announced.

You may want to contact the Packers to let them know it stands for "Greatness".
And the GB G looks damn close to the UGA G on this website as well.

Those helmets were only a one-game item.

I don't have to. It's right here on Business Insider. However, if you haven't completed your AU Reading Tutorial Class, you may not be able to comprehend it.
Your link doesn't show the original Green Bay G.
From Business Insider...
"Former NFL running back Tiki Barber went around Dallas asking some Green Bay Packers what the "G" on their helmets stands for.
While everyone assumes the "G" stands for "Green Bay," the oval logo actually stands for "Greatness."
****CORRECTION****...MRAU & COAUTiger….you guys may be right....I went to the Milwaukee Journal and found info that supports your statement that their G stands for Green Bay and not for Greatness. I read it through and I concede to both of you. Thank you!**************

In 1961, head coach Vince Lombardi asked Packers equipment manager George “Dad” Braisher to design the team a logo. He came up with the original Packers football-shaped “G” logo. The “G” stood for Green Bay, although multiple sources have incorrectly reported that it stood for “Greatness.”

I am not sure if that is accurate about 1 game. Google Green Bay Packers 1961 and I see the G logo in a lot of games. But I do see how GB's G was more of a football shape back in 61.
Maybe you meant the football G v the oval G..
Apologies, I see you were not addressing my post about one game item.

Please see my post just above yours....I updated it with a correction...you are correct and I concede! :)
About the design...Green Bay's original G (which is difficult to find, but I distinctly remember it because I'm old!) had more of a squarish, yet rounded edges to it...it was not oval, but more oblong in its look.
Georgia's is forward-looking and when UGA designed it's G, Green Bay liked it so much (as it says on UGA's website) they asked UGA if they could use it--because UGA had trademarked its G--and the rest is history.
Grambling University uses Georgia's Power G with UGA's permission. Grambling and Green Bay just cannot use the trademark emblem on their merchandise, helmet, etc.

Ha-ha! You got me there, friend! All the ribbing is in fun, even with our arch-rivals.

One of these days Bama is going to bring back their retro white helmets, and not tell anybody. They will run out on the field and everybody is going to freak out.
At first the Bama fans would gasp, but it would fire them up. It would be awesome.

Was NOT UGA's choice for that helmet nor uniform.

What dumb and useless click bait.

I am sorry but the Tennessee helmet that has the Smokey Mountain shadow on it is tops.

So Georgia allows Nike to mess with their uniforms and there is nothing they can do about it? Tell your AD to grow a pair.

Other than Green Bay and Grambling.
So you're design has zero originality, at least you have that going for you.

I see.
Your AD hasn’t the power to prevent outside influences from forcing your team to wear stupid shite?
That must be nice.

I do think Missouri needs to go back to the Block M for the main helmet.
