Bryce has a dumbass OC calling his plays. Burrow had one of the best passing games coordinators calling his plays in 2019. You can clearly see the difference between Burrows 2018 vs 2019 stats.

Also, he couldn’t compete at tOSU because of a broken hand. By the time he was a junior that team was loaded at the QB position with guys who were already experienced.

We'll never see Young as a 5th year college player so it will be hard to ever compare. As a second year player, Burrow was a backup to JT Barrett.
2019 Joe Burrow should have been in the NFL already. The reason he wasn't was his subpar play to that point.
