Kirby has three weeks to design a QB Power/RPO offense for Stockton. Georgia has the roster to support him. Georgia also has some favorable matchups on their side of the bracket to iron out what he does well, and what he doesn’t. Yall will be fine.

I think our SOS/battle tested-ness is a big plus vs ND, and we will be favored. But, they are the best team on our side of the bracket, and can’t be overlooked.

Coming from someone who can no longer throw a football or a baseball from years of over pitching & poor mechanics my body hurt when I saw that play

You are one coping bastard. I seem to recall Arch getting dominated in Austin by our linebackers.

Texas had unbelievably bad ST coaching on that fake punt, which shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone with a brain while UGA was dealing with a backup QB and an injured punter. Duh.

Texas would have played their mobile backup QB if it was a must win situation, like Georgia which flipped the game. Alas it was not, so they saved it for another day.

I hate people who say "Alas"

Almost as much as the people who say "Indeed"

You're in the SEC now get off your fricking high horse and start talking normal

If you think the top tier, elite coaches aren't scheming for later in the season, think again. I wouldn't be surprised if Georgia actually lost the 2021 SEC CG intentionally because Kirby knew he had the defense to beat Bama and wanted them in the playoff knowing Georgia was in win or lose

I talk how I like, you talk how you like? Deal? Either way, I'm bringing legitimate first takes to this discussion when most people are just talking bs. Hiding stuff for the playoff when you're guaranteed to get in and your current opponent is likely to be there and is a legitimate threat to beat you at your best just makes sense. Just like having a backup qb that has a completely different skillset than your starter. He's not there in case of injury, he's there to mix things up if you face a defensive style that counters what your starter does

Sucks for Beck but the team looks in good hands with Stockton.
