USM supports baseball. It’s the only sport they show up for, but they do genuinely draw good baseball crowds.

While this is impressive, since the entire Top 8 will be SEC after tu and OU join, plus a majority of the Top 20 being all in one conference, it makes me worry about the future of college baseball. I don't want it turning into a regional sport the way college hockey is.

Arizona and Arizona State should be on this list, as well as Fullerton, Pepperdine, and the other smaller western schools that have nothing else going for their athletic programs besides baseball.

Arkansas has been punished this year by unusually cold weather.

Our attendance #s will rebound in the latter months.

I find it hilarious that East Carolina averages a higher attendance per game than EweNC and clempson

You'd really choose college baseball on a sunny day in Malibu?

Even that can be off. State's capacity is listed at 15,000, but only because we have had crowds that size.

State still only has about 7,500 seats (all chairbacks, no bleachers)--the rest are in the Left Field Lounge, sitting on the grass berms, and standing all the way around the field.

Almost 9,000 people without chairback tickets were at our Saturday game. (+ the 7,500 chairbacks = 16,432 total).

Ours will tail off in the hotter months. Feb & March are awesome baseball months in Florida. April is OK. May & June suck unless it's a night game.
