Never claimed he was a 1st rounder

I know. Just pointing out the discrepancy between him and the best offensive linemen.

He came up with the "restoring order" quote which will forever rustle the jimmies of LSU fans everywhere....

Just for that, he will be remembered

Funny.
I remember him being pretty classy in victory and crazy-over-the-top-respectful of LSU.

He gave up, like 2 catches. But, you're a Bama fan, so you're into revisionist history

Not to mention Bama throwing screens and running to his side of the field with impunity, One screen in particular stands out where the Bama blocker had no problem whatsoever taking Mathieu out of the play...Bama player finally gets tackled 15 yards farther downfield.

He wasn't overrated in the college game. In fact he was one of the best all around lineman in the SEC in many years. Sometimes great college players don't translate to = great pro prospects.

He certainly will go down as one of the all time greats for causing the butt hurt of LSU fans.

I think he'll do alright for a few years. A guy with some experience at different spots on the line is valuable on a 53 man roster.

OP wasn't an LSU fan, btw.

He did start on 3 national champion teams at 3 different positions. Pretty impressive

His career really is impressive. Do NFL front offices give any added value to that kind of versatility? It seems he would be a huge plus even if he never landed a fulltime starting spot. But I make no claims on being an expert.

(And as an LSU fan, I'll always hate him just a little.)

Being drafted that low means one thing.

He'll take one helluva big pay cut from what he was making at Bama.

He'll probably lose more games in his 1st year with the Rams then he did in his 5 years at Bama

20th OL drafted for a bama guy means 5th OL drafted. Lacey was the first RB drafted, I've read it on here 100 times.

Well he went to the better team than Gio, Le'Veon, and Montee, so I'm fine with him falling.

Why don't we wait until they all suit up? So far, he wins.

Well gee, this is a novel concept.

Come on, OP. Dumb thread.
