“I mean Bama should be able to own Minimum Johnson. All you have to do is blitz him and he folds like a house of cards under a 45 pound dumbbell”

I’m more concerned with A&Ms d line. May be the best we see this year.

I think the only thing driving that narrative is how completely dominant the A&M defense was against an Arkansas team that destroyed LSU’s defense

But no one is paying attention to what you guys did to LSU’s defense either, so that’s what makes it funny

Apparently we couldn't snap the damn ball due to crowd noise in Starkville. Our center's head is going to explode in Kyle Field.

Aggy d-lie is gonna be a problem for Alabama. Can Johnson throw the ball on bama is the deciding factor

My book never opened at 6.5 pts. Always held at 2.5 pts. I wish it had opened higher. Still took the Ags as I think they beat em outright without too much drama.

If you look at the paper stats, A&M is superior in almost every aspect of the game. Thus....Vegas has this as a toss up. The stats dont lie.

No, it didn't.

It never opened at -7.5 anywhere.

That was a summer futures consensus. It opened at -3.5 at most books. -4 at a couple. It was never bettable at -7.5 at any Sportsbook in America once the season started.

It is. Games where TAMU is thought to have a chance at a big win are exactly the games TAMU loses in humiliating fashion.

Is a Texas fan talking about humiliation?

Everyone shut up. We could learn a lot from the professor of Div I humiliation. And no worries, pretty sure they will teach us more this Big 12 season.

I can't compare it to Kyle Field since I've never been there, but I've been to several other big-time stadiums and State is louder than all of them by a long shot simply because of the damn cowbells. It was cute to let them ring their little bells back when Davis-Wade sat barely 40,000 and was open on both ends, but now that it seats north of 60k with one end zone enclosed, it is deafening in there. Like, literally hurts your ears and might cause permanent hearing damage deafening.

The Aggie dline is much better than Texas. Game is In college station. Milroe is going to make more mistakes than max. Aggies win by 3 at home….. and note before I have some damn troll. I said Aggies DLINE is better than Texas DLINE. That’s it.

I think this is the key. Milroe is capable of making good plays, but he seems to get flustered easily. I hope that we lean heavily on the run game in this one, because I think our only path to victory is to wear the A&M defense down and win a low-scoring game late. But put a gun to my head and I'd pick A&M to win.

This game could well be a pick ‘em by kickoff. Talking heads are going with A&M.

The lead up feels like the Bama/UGA game in 2015. Bama had just lost to Ole Miss…didn’t have a proven QB…playing on the road against a talented, traditionally underperforming team. Everyone was picking UGA, and the dynasty was dead.

I think Alabama needs to win this game and look pretty good doing it before anyone will really start to truly believe in them again. So, I’m not surprised to see the spread shrink.

I hope we get a similar outcome to that 2015 Georgia game.
