The girl probably should've sung it, but I just don't see the big deal. I've never thought of either side as douchey. I have lots of Auburn friends and lots of Alabama friends. Each side has plenty of douches, but anyone who can't separate those from the rivalry is way too intense.

It does seem pretty petty not to honor the tradition. IMO it is a neat part of the rivalry.
