Football inside feels weird, and it was incredible how little energy there was at the game. I was in the very first row of the 2nd section, so I had damn good seats too; probably the best seats I have ever had at a big game.

Everything is WAY overpriced compared to the old Cotton Bowl, and the crowd just doesn't get into it. The 2009 Cotton Bowl was one of the best (and most fun) games I have ever been to; 2010 just did not compare.

And why do you need sportsbars? They already sell beer, and if you want liquor just bring your own in and save like 50 bucks throughout the course of a game.

I've been to both games we played against eATMe in Jerry World, and the atmosphere in those games was electric. Loved the mostly even mix of fans. Loved how every swing in momentum amped up the energy just a little bit more. Each game has its own personality, and it sounds like your second Cotton Bowl was just 'one of those games."

The prices there are really not out of line for any comparable venue - i.e. NFL stadium. An $8 large beer is about par for the course these days.

And we loved going into Jerry World a couple hours before the game and watching the early games on the TVs in the sports bars. It's a new experience, and it's neat to be able to sit in a sports bar and watch multiple games, then stagger up to your seat for pregame and kickoff.

Cotton Bowl. After seeing how nasty the Cap1 ended up last year, I'll take Cotton every time.

I've always liked Disney World and forgive me for being old school, but I love playing on New Year's Day. By the way I went to Disney Land last year while in California and that place blows so I need to go to Disney World so it can save face in my book.

The turf has supposedly been replaced. But the stadium is kind of a dump. Though it's spectacular compared to the old Cotton Bowl stadium. What a piece of trash stadium combined with a bad part of town. It's Legion Field West.

Yeah, if they weren't going to be playing at Cowboy stadium this year I might rather play in the Cap1.

While the old Cotton Bowl stadium was a dump in a shady part of town, I still loved going there after the 2005 season. It was the first time (and obviously only) that I'd been there, it was nice to see the historic venue one time.

I don't know that it really matters. Not playing for a Championship so it is just a consolation game either way. I am sure most LSU fans would rather not return to Orlando for a second year in a row. I do think an LSU/Nebraska Cotton Bowl and an Alabama/Michigan State Cap One would make for some interesting games and fun to watch.

Either way Geaux Tigers! and Roll Tide Roll!

Either cotton or outback gator. Both really nice NFL stadiums, one in warm climate, the other climate controlled. Citrus bowl is a frickin dump. But I'll go to whatever venue we are sent to.
