Father, You understand the pain of loss and grief.
But right now, I pray David finds some relief from the pain he is feeling.
Your Word says You are close to the broken-hearted, and You save those who are crushed in spirit.
I pray that Your presence, comfort and love will be with the Carroll family.
Father, grant help and guidance to David as he deals with such an unspeakable loss.
