Gibbs really didn't do much for them. Especially in Tiger Stadium.

Gibbs was injured in the Tennessee game that year, by the time he got to Baton Rouge he was at 75%.
He was electric early in the year even behind a mediocre line.

I think Gibbs was playing injured his one year at Bama. Or BoB didn’t know how to use him.
