So AU wants a HC with 3 years coaching experience?
Would be a home run for recruiting. He’d have a huge pool to pull from for assistants with lots of NFL connections. Cohen has been a head coach at MSU and Kentucky, albeit baseball should be able to provide guidance. What’s the Auburn QB situation looking like, could his son come in and legitimately start next season? I’m all in on Prime and hope Auburn doesn’t hire him.

Per the Auburn rivals website.
Cohen is a guy who would hire him.

Would be ecstatic with any of Deion..
My gosh… if you really hire Deion Sanders…… a guy that has only been coaching college football for three years…
Again… if you wanted stars who lose.. you should have just hired Jimbo.

What could go wrong with Coach Prime? Coaches with SWAC and HBCU backgrounds have a great track record as head coaches in the SEC.

That’s ok, I’d be worried too

I can see Jimmy Rane kicking it with Prime, Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross. Will he get a gold chain with a medallion in the shape of lumber? Talking about changing booster culture lol.

I agree. But I do legitimately believe he would bring in a #1 recruiting class and have 4 and 5 stars transferring to play for him.
Do you really think this is how recruiting works? My god…

Nikki McCray part II

I agree he's a big risk. We'd massively upgrade talent but how well would he run the program is the question.
One thing about it, the powers that be would be hesitant to treat him like they treated harsin. That would be a plus.

If y'all hire Sanders it's gonna blow up in your face. Some things just don't mix in Auburn Alabama.
Wow, a gump is projecting his racism. Probably supports Burton too.
Sad

LSU HC did almost the same thing.

Prime isn’t Nicki McCray by any stretch of the imagination, and times have changed. With transfer rules and NIL you can take a gamble and if it doesn’t pan out recover quickly. Auburn says they have the resources, so why not?

Prime Time would be an instant boost for Auburn. So big that if they get him on the hook immediately he could flip a ton of stars and haul in a top 10 class for ‘23. He’s that dynamic and that big of a super star.

Auburn fans really don’t know how recruiting works since the NIL took off because we haven’t seen any recruiting

God that gif makes me so uncomfortable. Like a cringe Michael Scott scene from The Office

Happening in a few threads actually.

It would destroy Auburn, Bama, Clemson, and UGA football in the process...
