Per the Auburn rivals website.
Would be ecstatic with any of Deion, Kiffin, or Freeze.

If y'all hire Sanders it's gonna blow up in your face. Some things just don't mix in Auburn Alabama.

You know if he wins he'll always have one eye on Tallahassee.

I agree. But I do legitimately believe he would bring in a #1 recruiting class and have 4 and 5 stars transferring to play for him.
Kiffin and Freeze would recruit phenomenally too but Deion has the celebrity factor that would bring in talent on a scale that Auburn has never seen.

The powder keg that will ensue if things go sour. He's not really proven as a HC,yet you want to hand over the keys to him.
Maybe That's why you inserted Caddy as interim. New ground for Auburn but shaky.

He's an interesting candidate. I don't think he's a clear #1 target, but I think his recruiting ability alone puts him on the same playing field as Kiffin and Freeze.
We would have Alabama and Georgia talent level (and maybe even beyond that) if he came to Auburn. The guy pulled the #1 recruit in the country to JSU. The potential for what he could do at a place like Auburn is limitless.

All the players would get AFLAC.

I don't think that's accurate and that's an outdated way of thinking. Alabama fans adamantly defended a black man who assaulted and struck a white lady in the face just a few weeks ago. Imagine that happening 30, 40 years ago. Progress!!!

I would imagine he'll go wherever Deion goes if he leaves JSU and still isn't draft eligible.

So AU wants a HC with 3 years coaching experience? Never an assistant. Never a coordinator. A major college HC has a lot more duties than recruiting. He has to set up, organize & run a major program from top to bottom. Coaching & being successful in the SWAC is one thing. The SEC a whole different animal. Sure, he mite succeed. Can AU afford to role the dice, at this point in its program, & hope he is?

I agree he's a big risk. We'd massively upgrade talent but how well would he run the program is the question.
