Please point out one thing I've been wrong about, I'm happy to provide evidence.

Right here for starters:

Same situation with the LSU football players in that they'd made plans to sign with LSU and then the rules changed.

The rule change occurred in June. They did not attempt to sign with LSU until after the rule was changed. 2 months or so after, to be exact.

Sure, but I'm referring to the conference rule. Those players would've been able to play until the conference created their rule.

Also, the C/O 2022 wasn't eligible until the end of July.

well then the cases aren’t the same at all, because at no point is this case arguing against the SEC rule. It is purely based on NCAA rules. You sure you want to be lecturing people on doing their research?

It was adopted at the end of June. So, the guidelines were known before they tried to return.

My point was simply that the players made plans to make a move, and then rules changed to prevent them from being able to.

The 5 for 5 rule was, the class of 2022 wasn't ruled eligible until end of July/beginning of August though.

Are you autistic? Serious question.

Again, this isn’t what happened though, unless you want to just ignore everything that happened prior to the SEC’s rule, which only happens because these players tried to get around the NCAA rule.

One case, players tried to make a move in spite of the rules in place. This case is player making a move because of the rules in place, which were changed after the fact.

If you think those are the same

Like everyone who has ever filed a suit against the NCAA has done? Including this player?

"Yes, Mantas Rubštavicius signed professional contracts and played in Lithuania, starting his career with Žalgiris Kaunas in 2018 and later playing for Lietkabelis in the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL)."

How can we ever destroy the sanctity of college athletics by allowing former pros to play in college.

The mere thought of trying to do so demands expulsion from the league.
