That wasn't a mistake. The west may have 3 top 10 teams, the lower 2 of which are significantly lower than the 1st.

I'm all for sunshine pumping for the Bengal Tigers and I'll be the first to point out to any poster on this Board that "the Decline" was nothing but a mass trolling of LSU fans; It's hard to believe any real college football/SEC fan ever thought that was a possibility. But, I've got to say that NO ONE in the SEC is in a position to be talking smack and taunting like this. Not LSU, not BAMA, not USCe. Everyone seems to have weaknesses.
I've watched every LSU game at least twice this season and I'm encouraged by what I see no matter who they've played. But I'm also patiently waiting to see how we'll perform against SEC competition. Until then, I'm not calling anyone out.
For now, all I know for sure that we've established is that "the Declien" is B.S.

Not to mention we started out 12th and are up to 6th after beating 3 bad teams. Someone thinks we're better than most think.

God, I hope not, but I wouldn't really be surprised. If we insist on continuing to start Craig Sanders, Kenneth Carter and Nosa Eguae on our defensive line, LSU might rush for 300+.
I think we could score some, though, if Gus will turn Marshall loose a bit.

after Mett's pocket presence last year, or lack thereof, every SEC team is going to come after him hard and take the risk. I think he'll be truly tested by AU.
Been seeing LSU RB's mess up on protection alot; OL is not blowing assignments as much as last year for sure. Blitzers, especially on the edge just might rattle him enough to make this ugly for the good guys.

It's amazing to me that a team that was terrible last year and is just happy to have won an SEC game this year can rustle your jimmies so much!! Hell no we don't expect to win especially at night in Death Valley, but anything is possible! We've got nothing to lose and no where to go but up! But good to know we are in your head!
