One of our insiders Christian Clemente posted that if we played today Finley would start but Robby Ashford has made things closer than people realize.

IMO, Finley is underrated. No, he's not a great QB but he has great size and a strong arm and has made several very clutch plays for them. Decision-making can improve with experience.
I don't know what they've got coming back, and Mason is a loss, but they were close to 5 more wins last year, including Alabama and did beat Ark and OM. OTOH, they could have easily lost to LSU and GSU.

Exactly, but some of our idiot fanbase doesn’t think Ashford will overtake Finley when he starts making teams look silly with his running ability.

Daniels has at least proven that he can play at a serviceable level.
Finley couldn't do that with elite talent surrounding him.
