...with Saban at the helm?

Once every 3 seasons?
More? Less?

I still can't believe that they've beaten y'all more times than us in the past decade.

Alabama is 7-3 the last decade against AU. What is Georgia?

8-2. The only times they beat us was 2010 and 2013.

Will be very tough. Not going to lie. But, I have said this before and will say it again, the strength of Saban is recruiting. He has his "in-game coaching" faults. He is beatable, obviously. As with every time a teams plays Bama, the team has to play exceptional and Bama has to make some mistakes.

Same. Outside of 2012 when we didn't play. Can't expect to win a game that is not being played.

And the thing is, Auburn's been fairly close to beating Bama a couple of other times as well. THere was that one year back in the beginning of the Saban era that Bama drove down the field in the final couple of minutes to score the go-ahead touchdown. Then there was that shoot-out in Tuscaloosa where Auburn put up something 600+ yards on Saban's defense. If I remember correctly Auburn led fairly late in the second half.

Auburn seems to play their best game against Bama each year. Yet they typically look like garbage when we play them. Hard to believe the same team that we seem to trounce each year turns around and pushes Bama to the end of the game in most years.

This is a silly question. Every time is the answer. Auburn will never accomplish this, but it is crazy to think Auburn would ever not expect to beat bama.

I know it will ruin the perspective most uga fans prefer, but the schedule favors uga. Where we have what Auburn fans consider to be AMEN corner with bama waiting at the end. uga plays a glorified scrimmage most years against tech and the meat of their schedule has been over for 2 weeks. From a psychological perspective it benefits uga vs Auburn. That only increased with expansion when Auburn lost the home/away rotation with bama and uga. Interestingly, i believe the reason uga has lost to tech when they clearly were a superior team is similar to why auburn has lost to uga in the same stretch of time on at least 4 occasion where Auburn was favored. it's psychological...for the uga player beating auburn often feels like the final step in their schedule when tech is waiting next week.

However you want to explain it is fine with me. Don't forget you were given the benefit of an extra home game against Georgia in 2013, which could have been the difference in you getting 1 of your 2 wins against us in the last decade.

Yep, it's a dumb question but I thought I would provide the best answer.

Auburn literally shite the bed the past two seasons. Both games we should have won but high school Gus fricked it all up and choked the game away.

I don't know about that. 2015 should have been more competitive towards the end. 2016 was okay but we never had a chance with Johnson at the helm.

The real frick up was 2014. We were torching Bama downfield and Sims was struggling to complete passes against our zone coverage. 2nd half adjustment was to stop throwing the ball and put a subpar corner in man-to-man coverage on the best receiver in football.

The only reason why we lost that game (up 12 points in the 3rd and Bama looked lost) was coaching.

It isn't explaining it away. We likely would have beat arkansas this season, but we trounced them because of where we got them on the schedule. if you can't see scheduling plays a role then you don't understand the game.

I think he meant the two games verses uga.
