Love Trooper. The Bama fans hate him which is great. I love Shula.
Trooper is a great person and if you ever spent anytime with him you would understand. He Would not fit in well at the Birmingham Country Club, but does very well with recruits.

You see, here at the SEC Rant, we're able to have civil discussions. Even ones that center around our rivals' coaching staffs. Even ones that are about people that we don't really like. Hell, we even flame the shite out of each other from time to time just for the fun of it. But, that's all it is. Fun. This thread was meant for a serious discussion - and everyone else in this thread has added some great insight and personal opinions about Trooper Taylor from an Auburn fan's point of view.

Tennessee fans on the whole didn't like him that much. LSU fans didn't like him when he was at Tulane. Don't know about OSU fans.
