Jacksonville has 2 naval air stations, a naval base that could house carriers, and 40 miles away is an army reserve base and another naval station with nuclear subs. Kinda odd socom wouldn't be a target either.

There’s no way Huntsville isn’t on the list. Redstone Arsenal was built in 1941 and a city that singlehandedly help beat the ruskies to the moon.
