You can think of a bunch of guys who were these awesome coordinators and didn't work out as a HC. Pete might be the opposite.... he kind of fell into a really good job that he probably wouldn't have gotten in the 'open market', and he has surpassed all expectations.
He might be one of the rare "Better HC than coordinator" types, because those types often don't get a chance to become HCs.
Its also a good psych experiment where you give a pretty normal, likable guy who is, at least on paper, less competent at a job that was previously filled by a narcissist, and you see exactly how much that narcissism brings the organization down.

Apparently y’all are happy with him. We are happy with who we have and I think it’s okay for fanbases to criticize certain aspects at times. But at the end of the day we are all fans and deserve to support our own teams. Good game good luck with the rest of the season.
