His family has the $$ to pay the restitution, which is always part of penalty in these instances. I hope he only has a 2 games suspension because I really want to see him play against Bama on 9/14.

JFF is trolling A$M on behalf of his favorite team.... Texas. The ultimate revenge plan is coming together...build them up, then knock them down from within the locker room. Perfect!

I feel like JFF's gonna be mad and rape the SEC again.

T&P.

Why do people think that's a big deal?

They, like many before them (including your's truly), are making the mistake of putting stock into Joe Schad's "reporting".

Wait, people think that tweet means he isn't listed as available to practice/not on the roster?

All it means is he isn't available to interview afterwards. Sumlin issues a list of which players can be interviewed.

Personally, I hope there is not enough "evidence" to show JFF got paid. I enjoy watching him play.

This is going to be an UGLY witchhunt though.

I wouldn't make him available to talk to the media either at this rate.

More likely he'll have a sophomore slump dealing with major distractions and spending the offseason fricking around.

Is there a file that exists with the replies. I remember reading it but it was before I posted here so I didn't appreciate them at the time

This is just so much entertainment...

So, who is A&M's backup QB?

If A&M needs a roadmap on how to keep a star player eligible when images of a star player signing autographs that were later sold online surface, they need only look to Alabama, who disputed all suggestions that star players had been paid for autographs by asserting that while players had signed autographs no player had ever been paid for those autographs. Since no one could prove that players had been paid or received any items of value, there was no NCAA violation for signing autographs that were later sold.

JFF starts all games this year and is pissed.
