re: Call me a wimp but I cried this morning when I saw the news.

I was 11 years old in 1989 when Coach Bertman and Big Ben led the Tiger back to Omaha. I always played baseball but that was the season I fell in love with baseball, especially LSU baseball. He was one of my childhood idols and those teams were bigger than life to me. We listened to almost every game on the radio until we got to watch them on tv, which usually was the regionals and the CWS. Also, we never missed a Winn-Dixie Classic, went every year and saw every game. He will be missed by many, especially by me.
If you get a chance, read his book Everything Matters in Baseball: The Skip Bertman Story. It’s a good read

Cry harder, pussy

Why? I can post what I want. 95% of the people on this board would agree that the JD5 thing is stupid and that Skip’s legacy is more important

Then my comment wasn’t directed at you and other posters/fans who saw how dumb the number thing is

People need to let go of the small things, like who wears what jersey number, and focus on the things that really matter in life.

That’s one of the worst sorority recruiting videos that’s been posted here

You should try to learn and understand what it means to be part of a federalist system of government. You sound like you want to live someplace with a king ruling over you, you fricking pussy
Trump should stay out of this issue. This is a local issue, let the leftist live with the consequences of their voting (or lack there of) and policies
I can’t believe Biden swapped a known terrorist for Brittney Grainer while leaving this Marine in captivity. That administration was a total failure

I saw a Texas baw get pulled over today by LSP going over the Sunshine Bridge. Dude was flying when he went passed me. Rookie mistake spending over the Sunshine Bridge
I was a weekend smoker for years, basically only smoked when I drank. I quit cold turkey over 6 years ago and haven’t touched one since. I tell anyone who wants to quit, you can never touch one again. That’s the only way. One drag leads to one cigarette, which leads to starting all over again
Not to mention there’s apparently video of her face planting outside the bar.

Lookup high school baseball rankings. That should work

I wished my grandpa lived to see that season but I know he was watching from above. My grandparents were OG season ticket holders, starting at Tulane Stadium, and never missed a game. We went to his gravesite after the Superbowl win to make sure it was decorated and celebrated like he would have wanted it

Forever QB1
This is the moment I teared up. I am so grateful I got to spend every home game watching Drew perform surgery in person at the Dome
