I don't think any but current students or 14-yr olds will disagree with you. And for what it's worth, I think this may go deeper than what is currently being looked at. Remember the bit about him going home for the weekend and seeing hundreds of jerseys, helmets, photos lined up for him to sign? I trust I don't have to spell out the next part.

I'm not sure why an LSU fan is preaching ethics. In case you missed it this week, your university has allowed a child molestor back on to the team and your entire fanbase is in denial/sugar coating it.

Just read the ESPN article on Uncle Nate. WOW. They seem to be taking the spotlight off of Johnny and put it squarely on this guy. If any of what ESPN portrays him to be is true, then no wonder he went underground. Nate seems to have set up the signature sessions, and most likely asked for payment.
Wouldn't the NCAA have to determine whether Johnny was aware of Nate's scheme and actually aware of any monetary gain associated with his autographs?
Because we all know Clowney and Lee did autographs without expecting payment...

His questioning has me curious because he isn't the first person I have heard tell the same thing. I had a guy who claims to know the family well and supposedly has spent more than 90% of lil Johnny's life around his family, say they aren't wealthy and JM wasn't raised a spoiled, entitled rich kid. Do any of you Aggie people around there know a guy that goes by last name of Traweek ?

Video was taken in Connecticut, which requires 2-party consent for audio recordings.
If Schad owns that tape and Manziel says under oath that he had no knowledge of the recordings, Schad has now committed a class D felony and will be fricked for the rest of his life after ESPN fires him.

I worked with a guy who graduated from Tivy with Manziel. He said Manziel was an arrogant entitled rich kid in high school. He also said he was damn good at football and would probably start for A&M at some point. This was before we entered the SEC.
I told him there was no way a 6 foot nothing white kid from the sticks was going to start over Showers....boy was I wrong.
