We built most of that under Coach Mac. We're still strong in T&F, but we'll likely be caught by LSU or Florida at some point. Texas is technically ahead already, although most of their titles were won in the SWC.

Do the expenditures come out of the athletic budget or do the players cover expenses themselves?
If it's the former, the decision to stop donating to the athletic department (because of our horrible AD) is looking even better.
