Not a chance. It will be done by someone well versed in Athletic Facilities.

1997 & 2010 conference champions?

What conference?

Big 12. Did you notice the little "south" under it?

And that was from 2012?13? The stadium looks a tad different now.

Need to fill up what they have already.
'Build it and they will come' is only in the movies.

I don't think they are even adding 5000 actual seats. They are adding more club (where they sell beer & wine already) which are in high demand, adding suites, loge, and making the upper-decks cheaper as they should be.

Final official capacity will probably be around 76,000, which we've filled in the past with a decent team and good opponents. They'll throw in another 2,000 standing-room-only tickets ala Jerry World for the bigger games.

If demand dictates, we have the ability to add an additional 4k seats atop the SEZ like we have in the past. Flexible capacity is good in this day and age.

With SRO and SEZ temps, we can have a capacity of 82,000 for big games with high demand.

We could probably sell 90,000 tickets when Texas comes to Fayetteville.

NWA is a booming area with an exploding population. Makes perfect sense to expand the stadium now.

There is a big fear from College Athletic Programs that attendance will drop due to TV Technology and cost of tickets. The SEC hasn't felt it yet, but programs are doing studies to improve the fan experience, instead of building bigger venues. Those 11 o'clock games turn a lot of fans off.

In fairness, they aren't starting out with a bat shite infested dump so it doesn't cost as much to put a new shine on it. I watched a game in Fayettenam back in 2005 and it was the nicest college stadium I had been to at the time (by far).

What a dynamo we are to this league. So liquid... so pretty.

Yeah it's still pretty "shiny and new" in most areas. I'm actually wondering what they'll do with $160 million. That seems like a lot to spend.

Nailed it!

I have clients that have the money for a suite but the waiting list is ridiculous. Maybe with the expansion they'll be able to have what they've been waiting for.

Winning a division isn't winning a conference championship.

Aggies are slow, but this is well known.

We are luxury suite U.

Seriously, every facility has a high number of them and they are all spoken for. Baseball could sell another dozen.
