There is no bigger cluster on gameday right now than people trying to walk both directions right behind the jumbotron. Extremely deficient sidewalk situation. A plaza, however small, will be nice.

We'll probably go glassy and modern, while everybody else is going "suburban bank". Windows giving panoramic mountain vistas tend to dictate that some.

Just what they say.
You can only walk from east to west via the south end zone concourse right now. They will add a north concourse so you can walk all the way around the stadium inside.

When they came out with original plans in 2013, looks to just be bowling in stadium and only adding about 8,000 seats but adding an entirely new food court/concourse to match the south end zone.
Probably be around 80k capacity I would expect.

Makes sense now. I just wasn't sure if they meant they were connecting the inside of the stadium on the North side or if they were building something on the outside of the stadium on the south side so you don't have to go down into the security/ team entrance area.

Article says they will reduce upper deck seat prices, and also have a SRO option.
Sounds good to me. I've thought upper deck seats should be 25 bucks max for years.

Yea. Outside of Pig Heaven, upper decks should be 25-30 a pop.
I remember taking the survey in an email they sent out a few years ago. I like the idea of nothing but club seating and suites in the enclosed end zone. More seats for alcohol as well. Hopefully they will have the indoor food area in the new north like is on the second floor of the south end zone.
