Nope. He's not a recruiter and does nothing unless he has tons of talent. Arkansas rarely is loaded with talent. They need a coach that can do alot with alittle. Plus Kiffin has already shown he couldn't make it at a bigger school twice. It's a step up but not a long term solution.
