We just got hammered by a team with less NIL than us. It’s not the money.

Nobody is obligated, obviously. But between Waltons, Jerry Jones and Tyson chicken you’d think Arkansas’s athletic department would be able to secure a few commitments

Did you see Arkansas last year and the other Pittman years? For the most part…they were competitive. Never seen so many ways to give games away. Had Ole Miss beat last year. Of course…they also lost to Memphis. It is coaching. The talent level ain’t Georgia…but it is very competitive with almost everyone else. But for years and years…they find ways to lose.

NFL owners are generally prohibited from directly contributing to NIL deals for players at their alma maters. I think they are still allowed to contribute to collectives and such but then they are entrusting their money to a group that has already proven to not spend it very well.

scared to see Arkansas to be back to beating LSU.

ARKANSAS having a team that potentially beats LSU or any SEC is much better for the SEC than that div2 play they have today

They did and they are worse than last year.

33rd in portal rankings with 43 commits and 46th in HS rankings. Good for 14th and 15th in the SEC respectively.

Many here don’t remember the days when we had a pulse. This board was better when we didn’t suck, if for no other reason than our ability to talk shite. We weren’t winning anything that mattered, but always had the chance to ruin someone else’s season while we won 8-9 games.

Sailing, tFlagship, Rivalry Applications Denied….all relics of the past. It’s a sad story with a sad ending

Silverfield gets at least two years. Maybe three.

Does Jerry Jones

Jerry cares a lot actually and has a lot of pull. The problem with Jones is he fricks things up by being involved. See Dallas.
The guy fired Jimmy.
Fired Jimmy!
Has destroyed every chance at a super bowl since.
Chad Morris was Jone's pick. He really thought Chad could produce SEC championships.
He has done in Arkansas what he has done for Dallas

Jerry is a poor man’s Frank Broyles. He played for Frank and runs the Cowboys much like Frank ran our AD office, in terms of meddling with the coaches. Biggest difference being Frank was a hall of fame coach, and Jerry only thinks he’s a coach.

Better than Utah.

Yet that game wasn't competitive.

Arkansas struggled getting players when they were decent. Just getting them to visit was a big deal.

Keep him as OC if not head coach.
