Bruce Feldman @BruceFeldmanCFB Am told things really got sideways at #Arkansas last week at a Board of Trustees meeting.. Jeff Long flew in for it but was not a part of the meeting. BOT had decided it was ready for a change.

Speaking of Nutt... Hogs I know y'all hate him what I don't know is why you hate him. Didn't he have a pretty good run there?

A bunch of things but fatigue is a huge part.

Damn. ADs are allowed to "resign/announce retirement" more often than not. He must've really pissed some people off (insert joke about Bert's contract).
Well no one is quite sure what caused it right now. It could be he was a bit too loyal to his head coach. It could be that he really screwed up on estimating how much the stadium expansion will cost. Some of the powers that be in the state were not at all sure about the need and cost to add onto the stadium.
Arkansas is extremely conservative (whether the Democrats or Republicans are in power) when it comes to fiscal matters.

So is he still a part of the CFP committee?

Love Pittman. Jury's still out on Chaney. I want Enos as insurance.

Makes sense. I swear that had a bigger role in firing Fulmer than anything else.

I'll bet Enos wished he made the move now when he got the original call from Kirby.

Well, good luck keeping Pittman if Chaney goes.
