Hearing there is a lot of non compliance being thrown at him with the expansion and company jet etc.
Probably a lot of moot stuff^ and it really coming down to the Bert stuff.
Apparently he tried to draw a line in the sand with Bert and the GOBN bent him over.

If Jeff gets his buyout, then everything else is just bullshite and he was fired because some people want to reassert control over the Athletic Department.

Bert showed improvement years 1-3 then everything went off track second half of year 4 ending with the calamity we have this year. JL believed in bielema but BB couldn’t live up to expectations. This is why JL is moving on.
