Our opponents need to come up with some type of consistency on taking the 'MERCY KNEE'. One week we take the mercy knee and we are insulting. The next week we throw a pass and kick a field goal and we are trying to run up the score.

Did Arkansas still have their starters in? If so, why the slam on LSU. Are we suppose to let you guys close the gap on the scoring just to make yourselves look more respectable? You do realize that Arkansas did the EXACT same things in the game last year, right? A FG late in the 4th, followed by a knee deep in LSU territory on the last drive. You guys didn't seem to have a problem with it. I don't remember a ton of LSU fans accusing Petrino of running it up, either. You Hog fans were really in love with that "mercy knee" all this year, too. Please refute any of this.

Arkansas wasn't leading by 3 scores with 5 minutes left in the game last season when they kicked the FG.
And as for us running up the score on UT and MSU those were our 3rd and 4th string "backups" that receive little to no PT for most of the season that was doing the scoring on UT and MSU.
Had LSU put their bench warmers in on their last drive we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.
