If I recall correctly, wasn’t Marcus Vick dismissed from Virginia Tech’s team for stomping on a Louisville players ankle in a less severe manner?
That Arkansas player easily could’ve snapped that dudes ankle doing that.

I think people are going overboard in their reaction to it but I don’t think fatass linemen should be stepping on players ankles when the play is over with.

Stuff like that definitely sucks and the player should be fined. On the other hand, maybe the offended player had been talking about his mama and girlfriend the whole game and questioning his manhood so he lost it.

It is just a game. When people take it to this level regardless of the team. the punishment needs to be swift and severe.

UGA has also been selected as a national champion 4 other times by NCAA-designated major selectors, including 1920, 1927, 1946, and 1968. However, the NCAA does not recognize these as title winners nor does UGA.
Is the Arkansas 64 claimed title one of those types? And I am to understand that their fans and school claim it as legitimate?
